Dear leaders, dear colleagues,

非常榮幸的向大家匯報，今天2020年7月7日籌備一年的“智慧醫療創(chuàng )新中心”注冊獲得批準，成功領(lǐng)取了民辦非企業(yè)單位登記證書(shū)，同時(shí)也就意味著(zhù)創(chuàng )新中心的建設工作進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的階段，在此我謹代表籌備小組向給予中心項目大力支持的四方領(lǐng)導再次表示感謝，在他們的悉心指導和直接幫助下，民辦非企業(yè)登記注冊流程才得以順利完成。

I am very honored to report to you that after one-year preparation, the registration of the "WIT120 Innovation Center" was approved on July 7, 2020, today. We therefore received the registration certificate of the center as a private non-enterprise unit. This means that the innovation center has stepped onto a new stage. On behalf of the preparatory group, I would like to once again express my thanks to the four-party leaders who gave strong support, and with their attentive guidance and direct help, the registration process was successfully completed.

下一個(gè)階段，創(chuàng )新中心將在業(yè)務(wù)主管單位，監管單位，以及未來(lái)的理事會(huì )的各位理事領(lǐng)導的監督下，依照各項法規、制度和條例開(kāi)展具體項目工作，同時(shí)肯請四方領(lǐng)導可以繼續大力支持和給與指導。

In the next new stage, the innovation center will carry out specific projects and work in accordance with various rules and regulations under the business management unit, the supervision unit, and the guidance from the to-be-elected directors of the center’s council. Meanwhile, we hope to get continuous strong support from the four-party leaders.

接下來(lái)，籌備小組將在近期組織召開(kāi)第一屆理事會(huì )，為保證第一次會(huì )議順利圓滿(mǎn)舉行，擬就以下事項與四方理事分別征求意見(jiàn)：

Next, the preparatory group will hold the first council meeting in the near future. In order to ensure a smooth and successful meeting, we ask for proposal of the following topics:

1、四方理事人選；

2、理事長(cháng)人選；

3、監事人選；

4、創(chuàng )新中心聯(lián)席主任人選；

5、創(chuàng )新中心專(zhuān)家委員會(huì )主任人選；

6、創(chuàng )新中心2020年度（2020年7月-2021年6月）工作計劃報告；

7、創(chuàng )新中心2020年度（2020年7月-2021年6月）財務(wù)預算報告；

8、創(chuàng )新中心前期開(kāi)辦費用報告；

9、其他需要會(huì )上討論事項；

10、具體會(huì )議時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、出席人員。
