近日，中共中央政治局就民法典進(jìn)行集體學(xué)習。中共中央總書(shū)記習近平在主持學(xué)習時(shí)強調，全黨要切實(shí)推動(dòng)民法典實(shí)施，以更好推進(jìn)全面依法治國、建設社會(huì )主義法治國家，更好保障人民權益。 General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Xi Jinping emphasized that the whole Party effectively promote the implementation of the Civil Code in order to better advance law-based governance of the country and the building of a socialist country based on the rule of law, and better protect the people's rights and interests. Xi made the remark while presiding over a group study session of the CPC Central Committee's Political Bureau on the Civil Code.
