Our company & JD Health reach an agreement, expanding non-public healthcare ecosystem in China

2020年6月30日，我司宣布與京東健康達成全面合作，并簽訂合作協(xié)議。雙方將憑借在各自領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和行業(yè)經(jīng)驗，資源互補，共同拓展并打通覆蓋院前、院中與院后的非公醫療全價(jià)值鏈。

On Jun. 30th, our company entered into an agreement with JD Health, the healthcare subsidiary of JD, a leading ecommerce platform in China. The two companies will leverage each other’s superior technologies, industrial expertise and complementary resources to expand and connect the entire value chain of non-public healthcare, including pre-, intra- and post-hospital care.

根據協(xié)議，我司與京東健康的此次跨界合作將嘗試打通并連通患者端與非公機構端，利用大數據及數字化優(yōu)勢，讓患者與機構同時(shí)最終獲利。西門(mén)子醫療還將為京東健康提供涵蓋產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)、咨詢(xún)與服務(wù)的一體化解決方案，攜手助力非公醫療機構進(jìn)一步提升品牌形象，增加患者粘性。此外，雙方還將以京東健康覆蓋全國的醫藥零售網(wǎng)絡(luò )為基礎，深入基層社區開(kāi)展疾病科普、疾病教育和慢病管理等工作，促進(jìn)社區衛生健康發(fā)展，最終為患者提供一個(gè)完整而具有差異化的醫療衛生服務(wù)和健康管理新生態(tài)。

According to the agreement, the collaboration between our company and JD Health is an attempt to benefit both patients and non-public healthcare institutions by connecting patients with care providers and leveraging big data and digital technologies. Our company will provide JD Health with integrated solutions, covering products, technologies, consulting and services, to help non-public healthcare providers improve their brand reputation and enhance patient loyalty. Moreover, the two sides will also build on JD Health’s nationwide network of drugstores to advance community health by implementing initiatives in communities, such as disease awareness campaigns, and outreach programs focused on disease education and chronic disease management - with an ultimate goal of creating a complete yet differentiated ecosystem for health services and management.

未來(lái)，西門(mén)子醫療和京東健康將共同探索數字化和金融領(lǐng)域的合作潛力，利用5G遠程、人工智能等技術(shù)提升醫療服務(wù)準確性，推動(dòng)優(yōu)質(zhì)醫療資源下沉，助力非公醫療機構能力建設，為提高醫療服務(wù)可及性做出貢獻。

Looking ahead, our company and JD Health will further unlock their potential in digital and financial cooperation. Together, they will contribute to make health services more accessible in China by utilizing technologies such as 5G-based telemedicine and AI to improve the precision of health services, deepening the penetration of quality healthcare resources and helping non-public healthcare institutions build their capabilities.
